Is CBD Safe?

CBD is completely safe and non-psychoactive. There are numerous supporting studies and literature that show the positive effects CBD has on your health,  how it helps safely manage chronic pain, lower stress and anxiety, aids in sleep to relieve insomnia and decreases inflammation. There are broader applications for CBD as well, including its ability to reduce seizure episodes, tumors and more.

I’m new to CBD what does should I start with? 

Usually starting doses of CBD are around 20% of your body weight. Body Weight x 0.2 = ___mg of CBD. If you’re unsure or worried about your reaction  start with 10% (Body Weight x 0.1=  of your body weight and increase as you see fit. 

What time of day should I take CBD?

You can take CBD any time of day! Most individuals find the it easiest to add CBD into their morning or night routine, and supplement throughout the day if needed.

How do I know what dilator size to use? 

Depending on your goals, you might need different sizes of dilators. Generally, the process of using dilators is to start with a size you can easily accommodate and slowly work your way up to larger sizes.

If you’re trying to accommodate tampons or medical exams, you’ll most likely want to start with the smallest size of the Full 8-Piece Dilator Set.  If you’re trying to accommodate your partner for intercourse, try using a measuring tape to measure the length, width, and circumference you’d like to support.  Be sure to start a few sizes below where you want to end up, because you will need to slowly work up to supporting that size.
